I am Emma Riley, an artist and printmaker who lives in Berwickshire in the Scottish Borders. I am inspired by the shape and light in daily life - sea, hills, trees, plants, birds, animals. I have a daily sketching practice which influences my printing and painting, providing inspiration and cohesion. My work is essentially biographical and charts my swims, walks, runs and the birds animals and plants I encounter.

I’ve worked BIG, on paper and board, and have used layers and collage to create atmosphere. View the collection
