Come join us at Print Club at Wooler, where we'll be getting hands-on with different printmaking techniques over four weeks.

At Print Club you will get an introduction to a different printmaking technique each week:

• Week one - monoprint

• Week two - linocut

• Week three - drypoint

• Week four - collagraph

You will produce some prints each week using these different methods, bringing your own ideas to work on. We will use found materials and plates made from recycled packaging in addition to more traditional supplies. Within these techniques we will cover design, the printing process, inks, tools and printing with and without a press.

Whether you are an experienced artist or just curious about this art form, you are welcome, as the relaxed nature of the class means you can work at your own pace.

The venue - Gallery@No.6, Wooler - has a wonderfully bright and open workshop space upstairs. It’s a perfect venue for a workshop.
